project purpose
The purpose of the project is to improve vehicular safety and non-motorized (pedestrian and bicycle) access and operations. The study area includes two intersections and multiple segments identified as needing safety improvements. Project goals for the corridor include reducing vehicular and pedestrian crashes, improving access management, and ultimately developing short, medium, and long-term solutions for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles.
