The survey regarding potential transportation safety, operations, transit, transit access and bicycle/pedestrian improvements along Route 1 (Chamberlayne Ave.) between Route 197 (W. Laburnum Ave.) and I-95 is complete.

Project Purpose

The purpose of the project is to improve vehicular safety and multimodal (pedestrian, bicycle, and transit) access and operations. The study corridor includes multiple segments with vehicular safety concerns as identified by the PSI segment rankings (131st, 208th, 221st, etc.).
