project purpose
The purpose of this study will be to analyze the operational and safety issues identified at three intersections: US 11 at Commonwealth Ave, US 11 at Bob Morrison Blvd, and US 11 at Vance St in Bristol, VA. The objective of this study is to identify preferred improvement alternatives that enhance bicycle/pedestrian access, safety, and transit access.
